- Service and cleaning was amazing
- I went to Albany to take the Bar Exam. The hotel was a great location since it was less than 5 min away from the testing venue. The staff was somewhat friendly. I say this because some where extremely friendly and professional while others weren?t.

Cons -
- I left a big UPS envelope on the kitchen counter and I was told the cleaning person said she did not see an envelope only a piece of paper. This envelope had important federal financial checks. Manager has been told if potential consequence
- My room smelled like mildrew. The ceiling had wet stains as if there were a leak, the beds were a full size instead of the Queen that I requested. The carpet felt grimy and dirty. There wasn't enough. Linen in the room, only 2 towels. Ect.
- Unfortunately, I was expecting more for being part of the Hilton hotels family. Room was old. Not so clean. Bathroom was small. Overall, was expecting more. Don?t know if I?ll stay there again.
