The room was clean well maintained staff was excellent

Quiet, clean. Very Good location next to Marina/Park. Friendly Staff, Great View of lake from room. Easily assigned top floor.

No Microwave. Breakfast: No GF items, had potato items to compensate. Food, ok (limp bacon, other salty), nothing special.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, great shower pressure, nice hot water.Clean, well organized room. Enjoyed the breakfast, good choice and quantity of food.

We left our used towels on the floor, when maid service came to room they did not remove old towels. It?s ok not to get new ones, we already had another set, but the used towels were in the way.

At check in and check out, Front desk employees tried to charge me a second time after originally paying PayPal. Truck was broken in to in the parking lot. Asked if they had cameras on the lot, I was told they don?t, my stuff isn?t their responsibility.

My check-in was quick and efficient. The front staff person was very nice. The room was very spacious and very clean. I was so impressed with the great breakfast in the morning to start my day. Sending a text to ask how my stay was impressed me!

The fact that I paid over $--- night and had no room service in 4 nights was disappointing. I had to go ask for more face cloths, there was only 1 and I also asked for refills on the coffee basket in the room. I know that is their 'green' policy.

Location, hot breakfast, clean, friendly staff

Parents are in their mid-late 80's. When checking in, staff offered a wheelchair since room wasn't quite ready and dad was debating to where to sit while waiting. Other hotels that we have stayed in recently were friendly but didn't offer a wheelchair.

Great location, very comfortable room, it was great to have a balcony.

Window in bedroom needs outside cleaning, quite of bird poop, but being by a lake this isn't surprising. Couches looked a bit threadbare, but perhaps due to COVID downtime, capital isn't available to replace as of yet. Check in/out staff very friendly.

The room was very clean. The location was perfect. Close to our family. We could walk around the marina for exercise. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. A nice park to take our great granddaughters to play. we could reserve the pool for an hour for just us

Location was very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable except there was only a sheet and light weight duvet cover on the beds - no blankets.

Modern and updated. Quality furnitures and very comfortable rooms.

The Suite Shop is well stocked and reasonably priced. Bed was very comfortable. Still has the new smell to it. Rooms were very modern yet warm and inviting. Plugs, both traditional and USB, EVERYWHERE!! Excellent hot breakfast.

Clean and new and close to a lot.

The hotel was newly constructed, in a nice location, with beautiful interior design. The location was close enough to the freeway, but quiet enough not to notice.

I stayed two nights, requesting a crib three times, once before our arrival. We never received one. We got 3 apologies, and 3 promises. Our room was never cleaned or replenished, even after requesting it. The breakfast was inadequately maintained.
