- Comfortable bed good view
- It is a nice size room and a nice casino.
- I really like the guy who checked me in was very polite and funny and the bingo staff they were very friendly.
Cons -
- No hot water for 3 days, so that meant no shower! No mini fridge No microwave. Housekeeping didn't make up our room even when note left on door to make up room. Hot tub wasn't very hot and open pool wasn't heated but actually freezing. In house restuaunt had horrible, slow service, food was bad they didn't even put any cheese in my denver omlette! Pretty sure omlettes have

It is a nice size room and a nice casino.
I think I lift my shaving kit kit by mistake. I wrote to the hotel about it and didn’t but I didn’t hear anything back. I would’ve been nice to at least be acknowledged.

I really like the guy who checked me in was very polite and funny and the bingo staff they were very friendly.
Other the people mentioned above the staff is really rude the bartenders act like they don’t want to serve you and ignore you until you walk around to get their attention. And mind you it was not busy at all. As for the room we had no cable called the front desk they said they would send someone but nothing all weekend, the showers had freezing cold water never got hot once, and we asked for more towels and they said they would send someone but didn’t we tracked down the housekeeping lady. Also we asked for house keeping and there was still trash all over the room. I am so mad that I paid almost 300$ for this and we had such a bad experience. We will be finding somewhere else next time
