Pros +
- how close to everything it was
- Excellent communication. Great location. The rooms were very clean.
- It is close to the airport. The check in was easy. The room was large and pretty clean.
Cons -
- the staff was rude, and lacked initiative.
- I did not like the morning cafeteria staff members. They did not did not check on all the guests that were dining in for breakfast. I had to find them for check out. Overall not pleased with the overall experience.
- We had no hot water in the shower and we couldn't regulate the room temp or fan. I told them this when we checked out but felt like they didn't think it was concerning.
