Cons -
- When we checked in we got assigned an unclean room. Like the people just checked out. Then they offered us a the complimentary breakfast that was already included. upgraded to a higher floor but seemed shocked that we’re upset about getting a nasty room
- My husband has cancer and the room smell like smoke the door won’t shut I let them know and never showed up
- check in was horrible, waited for an hour and half at self-check machine, it told me my room was not ready it was around 6:00pm. I was directed to another area (front desk inquires) where I had to make another 40-50 minutes line to talk to the person.

Nice room and great prices
The check in and check out process was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. The employees have no sense of urgency when the line is very long and people are hot.
