Clean room, good amenities, great location

Check out is 10am sharp. Housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9:30am. Other places usually allow 1 hour extra time.

Swimming pool was closed

So close to everything. Clean and quiet. Large bedroom. Enjoyed having a small kitchen. Beautiful Hotel. Especially loved that it is attached to the Miracle Miles Mall.

Loved everything

Loved the location, just set back from strip. Great pool area with bar and had no shortage of beds. Loved the interior decor and the fact it doesn’t have a casino makes it feel classier. Room was spacious and kept very clean. Nice view to sphere. Valet staff very helpful with taxis and luggage.

Not a dislike but I think it would benefit from a breakfast offering. 27-30 degrees three lifeguards on duty and part of the pool sectioned off. Didn’t make sense!

The location was perfect. I love the elevator experience. Fast check in and great customer service at front desk experience.

The rooms are overpriced and the interior is outdated.

Location, modern facilities, spacious & comfortable living space

Being subjected to HGV time share long winded spiel when arriving from an long distance & jet lagged. William was very condescending & too pushy! It was not a good start to our trip. When we told him we were not interested he kept insisting. Also manager on duty Tyler seemed like he would help us out with sofa bed being lumpy & very uncomfortable for my adult son to sleep. He made notes on file to rectify & it never happened. We spoke to him at 1pm & said we would be out of our room for a few hours & when we got back at 6pm the room was not cleaned nor the bed fixed!! I called housekeeping & Antonio the night manager was fantastic in getting us a new sofa bed mattress in less than 15mins & arranged for our room to be cleaned & said there were no notes left by Tyler!! Our room was only serviced once in 5 days even though we had the service light on all day everyday.

Staff response was outrageously fast. Couldn’t believe how responsive they are. Location is great. Security is great. Rooms are a decent size. Very quiet room.

Our shower gel, shampoo and body lotion were empty and we had to ask for them to be replaced. This happened very quickly however. Bed was a little too soft for my personal preference.

The room was amazing it was clean and comfortable. The venue was convenient and it was close to all the shops. We have really enjoyed our stay in the hotel.
