- the front desk and Joey at the pool bar were very helpful and provided great customer service!
- Room was great, good view, comfortable bed.
- Staff was friendly and helpful
Cons -
- The ice machine on the 4th floor did not produce ice.
- The pools and hot tubs weren't open and yet I paid a "resort fee" and didn't get any resort amenities. Tried to find a Coke for my wife and the vending machines on 7 different floors didn't work. HDMI input didn't work for the TV either.
- Music in lobby, elevator and pool area was loud and offensive, not at all wholesome for families. The volume made it hard to talk to employees at the desk. They must really struggle having to put up with it constantly.
