SureStay Hotel by Best Western Eureka

The breakfast was way better than most. I loved it. Nice atmosphere in the lobby.

We had no nightstand or dresser. Not a big deal though

I really like the large room and comfortable bed.

The window did not lock and the door did not lock tightly.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything seemed very clean.

Comfortable bed, quiet and friendly staff.

The room was so small that there were no bedside tables.

Could use more parking.

Friendly staff and it was very clean

Very comfortable beds and pillows

My son lives in Eureka Nevada and my husband and I travel there often. Love staying here.

Great location for our group. Always clean rooms.

The “breakfast” is pretty sorry of a breakfast. The pancake machine was not working do there was not much else for us to eat. Better of getting a real breakfast some other place.

Breakfast was okay, toaster, pancake maker worked. Room itself was clean.

Cooking facility available with stove, microwave, sink, etc. But no plates, cups, utensils, all had been removed from the drawers. Nothing to cook with. Long walk to room from lobby, outdoors.

My sister and I were on a long road trip and found ourselves in the town of Eureka and in need of a room for the night. We had such a pleasant experience that I had to write a review. From the overnight front desk agent (so helpful and informative!) to the comfortable beds, to the *much* needed post-travel shower (sparkling clean, hot water, and water pressure that dreams are made of) we left feeling revived and in adoration of this town and establishment. Oh, and we met some of the sweetest housekeeping staff in the morning as well. Thank you all for being there. You made an arduous trip a delight.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility is older but given the remote location it is still a good option for a break in travels.

This was a comfortable and clean property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed and pillows were good. Small kitchen made available for our use. Breakfast was decent.

Very comfy bed with enough covers! Good shower, spacious room. Nice breakfast area.

Exceptional staff! The room was immaculate - the room originally booked did not exist so they upgraded us to another which was very comfortable. Breakfast options were top notch!

The breakfast was great! Plenty of options and free coffee and tea 24/7.The room was clean, very big and comfortable. Exactly what you need for a stop on your way to Utah. There is a large grocery store a few minutes from there, and a gas station.

We knew that it was only for a stop on the way, there is nothing around. Eureka is very small, but we only needed a place to sleep for night.
