- No breakfast
- Waited 20 minutes for help at the front desk. Finally, someone arrived and got me checked in. Got all my luggage to my room and could hear that it was already occupied. Went back to desk and again waited 20 min to get room changed. Poor customer service.
- The room was not as nice as pictures indicated. The bed sheets had red stains on it. The bathroom was dirty and the tub had stains al over it. 1 remote didn't work and the clerk didn't even offer new batteries for it. Lots of sketchy people coming & going
