- The staff were not friendly, housekeeping did a poor job at cleaning, sheets were not changed when soiled
- Recommendation to put bath mats in the shower to avoid any falls. Strictly for elder individuals. Bathtub had a sleek bottom
- Swimming pool water was a little cool for me, but grandkids loved it, and pool room was very warm!
