We love the location in quaint Boulder City, the festive lobby with fire place, and the old-fashioned door keys and decor.
The hotel is wonderfully appointed and the Hoover dam museum in the hotel is awesome! Excellent location. Historic downtown is close as well as the dam.
This is a great boutique hotel on par with the feeling of Boulder.

Cons -

They have installed weird memory-foam mattresses that trap your body in a trench, and you can't roll over or get out of bed. We did not sleep well at all, which was such a shame because we love the ambiance of this hotel.
Being an older place the walls are a little thin but overall it did not affect our stay in any way. Also the rooms are smaller than the standard chain motels. However, the space was fine for two of us.
The room was old and musty and it had bugs. The room was very small and the shower tiny.h

This is a great boutique hotel on par with the feeling of Boulder.

Loved this place and walkable area it was located. Older,unique hotels have a certain charm that can't be found in the modern chains. It was like a museum with the history of the area noted within the walls of the hotel. Wonderful staff,customer service.
