Econo Lodge Tucumcari Route 66

This hotel was a higher quality than I expected based on the price! It was clean and comfortable.

Only complaint is that the shower nozzle was placed unusually low in my room. Not sure if it’s like the at in all rooms, but taking a shower will difficult if you are 6’+.

I was pleasantly surprised by the clean room and comfortable bed and pillows.

Staff was very gracious and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bedding and bed were very comfortable. The hot breakfast was impressive considering most motels serve packaged danish. And, it was close to the freeway, and easy to find.

Friendly staff! Great shower and bath! Pretty good breakfast as far as post Covid breakfasts go.?.

The gentleman who checked me in was very accommodating to a mistake i had made in reserving my room. He was very kind and understanding.

The location was very convenient.

Breakfast wasn't ready when they told us it would be. We had a time crunch so we needed to be on our way.

There was a problem with the electronic door lock, but the desk clerk was prompt in fixing it immediately.

Location

Room needs repairs done!! Bed sagged in middle. Toilet run all night. Rust stains in bathroom & the drywall on ceiling missing from prior leaking. Shower curtain torn. Sink faucet handle loose.

Easy to find and close to the highway

AC shuts off during the night

Close to interstate and had an ice machine. Breakfast had many options(boiled eggs, cereal, waffles, orange juice, tea, apples.

location. It was clean.

Just an old motel in a city that has seen better days. The breakfast was nothing great. The biscuits and gravy was only warm. the people above us were noisy and the soundproofing was very poor.

Quiet, clean room in a convenient location. Friendly staff, great breakfast!

The staff. The rooms were actually very nice. They were very clean. The breakfast is one of the better ones that have been offered by the motels and hotels. It was fresh inclusive of real hard, boiled eggs, homemade biscuits, and fresh fruit, a rarity.

Lovely clean and large room very comfortable bed

Room was clean. Staff(owner) was friendly and check in was quick and efficient. Motel was recently taken over by new owner and improvements are being done.

The main heater in the rooms do not work. They provide you with a small space heater to use. The one in my room stopped working in middle of the night. It was replaced with a new one but just hard to go back to sleep after going up to front desk to get.

The location was great for our needs, and they improved the front area and driveway. They also include a reasonable breakfast from 6 to 9am. The room was clean and bed comfortable to sleep in.

Over all there was nothing negative in our stay.

Far exceeded our expectations. For the price our expectations were low. Room had everything; it was clean and comfortable. Everything worked and the fee for our dog was very low. The breakfast was simple but adequate.

The rear outside door to hallway was not locked.

Clean room, comfortable bed/pillows, friendly staff

Original room did not have a working air conditioner. (Was given a different room with a good AC unit.)

Better than I expected. The room was imaculent. The staff was super friendly. The ac was cold. This was a great value.

Over all not bad, had a good breakfast, and location is good.

WIFI didn't work at all, tub leak was louder than what we expected when told it was leaking but wanted a downstairs room.
