Quality Inn Taos

This hotel was old and rundown. The sidewalks were crumbling and the parking lot was falling apart. The place was old and dingy.

Got bitten by a spider in the bed. Woke up it bit me on my upper thy. U really need to exterminate.

Room had duel access from interior hallway and from parking area. Good selection at breakfast.

Lack of electrical outlets. Cockroach in sink. Hotel GM wrote that major renovations are planned for this winter.

The lobby is gorgeous. The breakfast was good and the attendant was very friendly.

The front desk staff was not very friendly. I guess there's only one maintenance person and they leave at 5, which means I had to plunge the toilet myself. We didn't even know the toilet was plugged until after 5, since check-in isn't allowed until 4.

The exterior and windows need work and did not feel welcoming.

I never checked in or stayed at this property. Pulled into the parking lot and we refused to stay at a place that looks run down & dirty... Tried to cancel the reservation immediately and still got charged $--- !!!

Smelley. Stuffy we had to cancel our room there ND went to Don Fernando

The room was neat.

Space under outside door. Covered it with a towel because cold air could come in! Space on top of door as well.

Expensive and dated room, but clean. Toilet is not handicap, as it should be!

Horrible outside lighting lights up room so bad you can't tell if it's night or day. Extremely rude to the locals and destroys the dark sky of Taos, and against the law. Inside lighting is bad as well. No landscaping at all every plant has been removed.

The staff. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was great. The ice machine worked well.

The door to the outside of our room had a gap so that bugs could come in. The noise next door was a bit loud, not much wall insulation. We could hear the neighbors talking quietly. The air conditioning machine took way too long to cool the room down.

The shower was dirty mold under the soap dish and underneath the handle the room was very hot and the breakfast was awful

Bed was horrible! Do not allow locals to stay. (The manager allowed us to stay one night, but would not extend while we waited on our movers, due to us being ¿locals¿

Needs lots of TLC. One of the mattresses was broken down and springs were about to come through. Very dated. Some fresh paint and new carpet would go a long way. Smell.

Didn't happen. Refused my reservation when I arrived. I have a dog. They have a no dog policy! They turned me away. I found a motel in Eagle Nest, NM

It didn't honor the reservation

The windows were so dirty you could barely see outside. There were dead flies stuck to the window too. They gave us a mountain view but the windows were so disgusting we didn't even want to open the curtains. The rest of the room no so clean either.

We arrived early after a long drive and asked to use the restrooms in the lobby. My husband came out to the restroom appalled at the condition. Dirty toilets, paper towels on the floor and no hand soap. We cancelled our reservation.

Was raining heavy that morning and being on a motorcycle I needed a room the desk made an exception and I was able to check in early. Give her a thumbs up for her customer service skills. Will be staying and referring this hotel to friends
