Bad air conditioner! Very hot! Finly got fixed at midnight! Electric kept going out!

One of the two rooms I had during my stay did not have enough lighting in it.

Quiet room. Great breakfast. Very ornate lobby and dining areas.

Adjacent to the Plaza! Filled with native american and regional art and handicrafts. Authentic Taos decor! Fantastic breakfast, with fresh and local foods.

The location

The pillows smelled like mildew. They were at capacity so unfortunately they could not move us to a quieter room. The lady donning the hat during breakfast asked everyone but my daughter and I if we wanted a refill on water.

Location is great ¿ ¿ just a short walk to the Taos plaza. My room was very quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. Perhaps best of all, the breakfast was awesome!

It was very quaint. Beautiful vigas and nicely decorated in the style of the southwest. Comfortable bed.

We were warned that the tv and the remote didn't play well together, and true enough, we were never able to change chanels. The room was very tiny, hardly room to walk around, but it was fine in that we were only there for one night.

Loved the staff, the location and the morning breakfast was absolutely delicious.

We LOVED our one night stay. The place was so clean and BEAUTIFUL...full of character. The breakfast was delicious and the staff so friendly. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Great staff, really good breakfast, close to all the art galleries. Can't wait to go back.

The swamp cooler did not maintain the room¿s coolness as expected and it was noisy. We reported this to manage when leaving.

very homey and a taste of New Mexico! quaint and definitely one of a kind. Clean and quiet. and very close to everything.

i needed to get an early breakfast and was told the staff would "see about this" I did not get anything; also ice machine / office locked up at 6:00 p.m. so if you need anything, you are on your own. room does NOT have coffee maker, electric waterjug

The staff was excellent, with an ever present cheerful attitude to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was great and the afternoon tea with fresh baked pastries was the cherry on top.

The room was wonderful. We were in Cowboy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Homemade muffins every morning. Very clean. Very knowledgeable about local attractions. We had a wonderful time.

room was large and generally fine but could be updated. biggest complaint was there was not enough lighting in the room  generally just fine.

Breakfast is awesome. Rooms are charming. So pleased with our decision to stay here.

Parking is somewhat limited, but it is so worth the trouble.

The breakfast room was very inviting! The breakfast was excellent!The breakfast staff and kitchen staff were excellent The kitchen was spotless. The muffins were incredible.

The room was mediocre. No extra pillows. The water in the shower ran hot then cold then very, very hot. The small bathroom needed an additional table. Although, there was HBO guide, we could not get the HBO. The sheets were of poor quality.

The staff was consistently very helpful. Excelent breakfasts and afternoon treats. Great location.

Cozy rooms each with an individual southwestern theme and courtyard. Huge delicious fresh cooked breakfast. Three blocks off the town plaza, yet completely quiet. Staff acted like they were welcoming friends or relatives, not doing a job for guests.
