they were under construction - wallpaper coming off the walls in the hallway, big smelly hole where the ice maker would go....loose and broken tiles on the floor in out bathroom.....over priced for the accommodations

The hotel is nice but the bedsheets and the pillowcases were not clean. We contacted the front desk and a nice lady brought up clean sheets and changed them out. The new sheets were clean, smelled clean then a stained pillow case lead to new pillowcases.

THe room was big

It was very noisy and room was very dated. You could hear conversations upstairs and in hallways. Dogs were noisy also. Wallpaper was falling off in bathroom and tub was squeaky sounded like you were going to fall through.

Quiet, easily accessible to highway and amenities.

Would like an option of bed covers like a lightweight blanket. There was a sheet and a heavy duvet cover which was too warm.

It was clean

The handicap room I booked was at the farthest end of the hallway from the elevator. I booked a handicapped room to avoid having to try and walk that far.

The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to my one request to move my families rooms closer to each other.

The corners in the bathroom were disgusting the tub was filthy the room smelled musty.

Breakfast was typical Hampton inn breakfast Just ok

Stay in room with 2 queen beds. 1 bed had pee stains on mattress. The other bed had a mattress that wasnt level like the mattress was worn out.

The staff was nice and the room was cleaned

Ran the ac and didn¿t seem to cool as much as what the temperature was saying. Got hot in the middle of the night. The curtains didn¿t shut all the way. When morning came, sunlight directly in the room with the sheer curtains pulled.

Location and cleanliness is always a plus. Having breakfast available without going somewhere else is a bonus.

The fact that I picked and paid for a more expensive hotel and we were unable to shower because they ran out of gas and needed a delivery is unacceptable. And no refund or discount given.

It's quiet and fits well w/in my road trips.

The bathroom shower had so little water pressure that it was difficult to rinse. There were broken tiles on the bathroom floor that would pinch your feet when walking over the cracks. The breakfast offerings were gross.

Very dated and old, does not represent the Hilton Hampton Inn brand at all. Breakfast was minimal and not appealing. They are only game in town and act and treat you that way. Overnight stops are bread and butter so no need to upgrade facilities.

Close to the freeway exit ramp. Fridge and free breakfast.

Usually Hampton Inn's we visit are a cut above a Super 8 or Motel 6. This one is tired, and needs a facelift. Missing grout in bathroom floor. Beakfast nondescript. Front desk staff sitting down every time we walked by, not too friendly.

Nice quiet room, clean and comfortable. I got in very late due to weather and got my room easily and quickly. Very friendly front desk staff. Got a good night's sleep which is something that should be the point, but so often isn't. Pleased.

Every Hampton Inn has window shades that don't cover the window entirely. Not optimal for those of us sensitive to light. Not Santa Rosa's fault since I see this at many hotels.

I paid --- dollars for 1 night and when I asked the woman at the front desk to print an email for me I received from work she didnt want to do it. I will try to find other places to stay in the future all for a min of her time

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was freeway close. The appearance of the property inside and out was appealing.

Could have used one or two more handicapped parking spaces.

Safe , convenient location . The hot breakfast was a plus .
