Comfort Inn Santa Rosa on Route 66

Handicap room was good

on breakfast was a bit slow refilling several of the eggs and bacon during it was empty at 9:00 am and I witnessed several people checking on that container and I referenced to them I mentioned to the fellow as he walked out side for a few minutes.

1. Small. 2.TV just horrible. 3.The pool inside and absolutely not insulated. Horrible idea.

The breakfast was good. The food was hot and there was plenty of options.

There was no elevator and my mother is handicapped and they only had a 2nd floor room for us, and it was far down a hall. She uses a walker but had to climb stairs. Some nice Linemen that were staying there offered to help us up the stairs to the room.

No elevator. Strong marijuana smell in the hallway and our bathroom, despite signs forbidding its use indoors.

Nothing. They were rude and it was so dirty that I couldn't even shower.

It was filthy, there was popcorn and food on the floor from the last guest. The room smelled and there were bugs and dirt clustered in the corners. The shower was filthy. When we tried to bring this to the attention of the staff, they did not care.

Clean and had all amenities we needed

Room too far from front desk; we didn't go eat breakfast. We are not young people. When we checked in, we'd paid in advance, the clerk spoke like he didn't have a room available - but could have a second floor with no elevator or an pet room.

Clean, great swimming/hot tub area, decent laundry, nice staff morning and night but especially Rain. Comfy. Best hotel in my road trip.

Check in was bad. Hotel old and dated but that?s 2-star right? The entire town is depressed and very very few services to eat.

The staff was phenomenal! Went out of their way to take care of us Great food drinks and just a wonderful stay

No elevator. Both rooms on second floor. Dragging luggage up stairs not fun. Breakfast room too crowded.

The best thing I liked about this hotel is the location, which was easily accessible from the interstate.

The configuration of the hotel itself was disconcerting. We had to drive around to the back of the building that wasn't even connected to the main entrance. The ceilings were so low, I almost got claustrophobic. It was a very dull, uninviting place.

Location as we were driving by. We had a good pool, good breakfast, good room size, good beds.

The bed and linens were clean. Room didn't stink.

The bathroom was very dirty. The shower walls and bottom were ok. But all 4 corners and along the caulk line were GROSS with dirt, and outside the shower where the water ran was DIRTY. Nothing else available so we stayed.

The staff was friendly and polite. We literally just stopped to sleep (but also looked for a hotel with an indoor pool and breakfast)

We were there before the pool closed, I promised my youngest she could swim before bed but it wasn't open even though I asked the front desk if the pool was still open and they said that it was. Not a huge deal but one of the reasons we chose that hotel.
