- The location was great, as near as I could tell. The outside of the hotel and the lobby was nice.
- The room was perfect. We are having a difficult time and we made our room a home. Staff and the girls on staff were great. understanding and helpful
- Location. Felt secure. Parking lot felt safe. This is the main reason I would recommend this hotel.
Cons -
- Waited 30 minutes to get checked in, though the clerk saw us waiting at the counter. The 1st room didn't have controls for the air conditioning. 2nd room shower had broken tiles. Nothing in Kitchenette. Absolutely nothing at the "To-Go-Breakfast". Empty!
- From the moment I walked in the door the manager was mean, rude and very unprofessional and unkind to me. I just lost my home and am not well. My funding was late a few times but my bill was always paid. We have no where to go & he told us to leave
- Noisy, could hear other guests all night. Used bath towel was left in the bathroom, and hair on the shower walls. The bed was not very comfortable--too firm for us. Coffee available in the lobby, but not in the room. Desk clerk was not friendly.
