The staff and managers seemed very decent and kind at first

I was alone and a a young girl acquaintance told them that she was my daughter and she wasn?t and somehow had a key to get in my room, even but they blamed me and made me leave

It was affordable and good location.

People went thru the exit doors after midnight and 3 am. Told staff. They said sorry. Did nothing. When I used the sink, methane gas came out of the overflow drain. Website says they have a fitness room and spa and sauna Not true for at least two years.

Location

Very noisy, no sound protection. The most obnoxious, eye watering cleaning products. I had to leave the hotel every day I was there to get away from the smell.

Price was nice for the area. Hotel was clean and had a decent breakfast.

Went because of indoor pool, but it was closed down. Hotel was old. You can hear when someone walked down the hall. Ugly decor

No elevator and weed smell. Also ac did not function so has to pack up again and Move to another room

Rate, location

The website and the marquee both advertised a hot tub but the desk agent said it had been shut down for 2 years for remodeling the pool area. There weren't really any proteins with breakfast except yogurt.

Price

Had to wait about 45 minutes to check in. A key printer for some kind of technology kept many of us waiting. No explanation-

The staff was very friendly and professional. They talked to all the guests has they arrived or departed. The continental breakfast was good.

The pool/spa was not available. The front sign says it's available, but at the desk the sign said closed. They have no elevator, and I had requested a 1st floor room for my disabled husband. They tried to get us to go upstairs. Hotel needs remodeling.

Old and run down. Breakfast was missing hot food. Weird smell!

Staff was as helpful as possible, and polite

Overall its a 2 star hotel at best. No working elevator, no working pool or spa (all were shut down) lobby is semi clean, room smelled musty and stale, and was very in need of an upgrade, as was the whole building.

Rooms seemed pretty clean. Parking was close.

Facility desperately in need of update. Very small bathrooms, awkwardly placed. There was a random man who insisted on getting involved as we brought in luggage and placed a hand on us. Desk clerk did not attempt to intervene.

Friendly staff, great room location

Pool closed & hot tub was major reason for booking. Exceptionally minimal breakfast.

The concierge was wonderful. She was very kind and I appreciated that.

Some of the patrons were very loud. Talking loudly outside my room. Air conditioner/heater sounded like a very loud engine everytime it started. Kind of run down but clean.

Easy to walk to a couple of places to eat.

I have to say that putting a deposit down that was more than what I spent to rent the room, that was very disappointing. Especially since it wasn't worth it.

Easy access for our dogs. Comfy bed. Really good pizza joint next door.

Man at front desk was nice.

The room was dirty. There was hair and some other substance under the covers when we went to put our kids to bed. Felt very unsafe with the door to upstairs having a broken lock allowing shady people to come in and out as they please.
