Extended Stay America Suites - Albuquerque - Rio Rancho

We were attending a funeral and needed the full size refrigerator. It was very clean.

The room was NOT fully stocked as advertised; not stocked at all. Any items needed had to be requested from the front desk. No hair dryer in the room. No coffee pot in the room. The mattress was very hard and pillows barely adequate.

nothing i had to wait for 15 minutes outsid so someone open the door .. the clerk was rude with me he dint even apologies and he said he was going to cancel my reservation... very bad experience... the other clerks were very nice

The location was easily accessible for shopping across the street.

There were NO dishes, coffeemaker, hairdryer, 2 soap bars but no shampoo, lotion, or conditioner. I killed 2 roaches in the bathroom. The bathroom sink would not drain. The heater was noisy and came on with a screeching sound.

Tons. Dirty. Roaches. Questionable if it was cleaned before we checked in. No breakfast by 645am. Not great staff

Rude night clerk. Unresponsive to fix room problems. Had to check out kitchen items like books from a library. Breakfast promised was terrible. Coffee and terrible tiny muffin. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Kitchenette

Whoever cleans the stairwells should sweep and vacuum then mop as well as putting up the yellow signs.

Pretty decent hotel, not super clean (was a bit dusty in the room) but the room was quiet and my favorite part was the kitchen (double burner stovetop, sink, & full size refrigerator. Also the building has a laundry room. There was a grassy area for dogs.

It was in an industrial area (near a car dealership) and when I had an issue with the laundry, the manager said it wasn't her responsibility, there is another company that manages the laundry. I had to really push to get some kind of resolution.

Price and location

We forgot a cellphone in the room. We were 500 miles away when we realized it. They said they had no way of mailing it to us even if we paid the postage. Very unprofessional

The beds were actually kind of comfortable.

The smell in the hotel was extremely off, musty mixed with bad food. It was not good. The rooms truly need some upgrades to the decor, I felt like I stepped into old school rooms. Dark and not overly welcoming.

Beds are not comfy. Room is too old. There was no hairdryer in the room.

Front office staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very poor offering of breakfast eventhough the website says breakfast included. Excessive weed smell at the entrance. Poor pillow choice. Overall old interior. Average hotel.

The hotels location

There was no coffee pot in the room or iron. No laundry vending machine for soap. Entry door was broken and was not addressed in a timely manner. Broken down car in parking lot.

Very bad smell in the hallway, then smell in the room was worse. Pretty gross overall.

Nothing!!

Dirty, filthy hotel. Dingy towels, smoke smell in our room. It was awful!

locatin was good. Mattress was great. Had to get extra linen as the pillows were small and flat.

Fridge was dirty and had expired food in it. They came and gave it a thorough cleaning shortly after we checked in.

All the staff was very friendly and professional

I know it's due to Covid propaganda but I hated that we couldn't have daily trash pick up and fresh towels.
