Days Inn by Wyndham Rio Rancho

I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms appeared to have been redone recently and were very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn't extensive but it was good.

I liked the room it was neat clean and quiet.

The only complaint was that the clerk who was there when I arrived said all the right words but, he never smiled. He also did not pick up the phone and I called 3 times. I finally figued out where the wifi password was,

Clerk was accommodating, but when I called to say I?d be there at midnight, he didn?t know what ?midnight? meant

Bathroom outlet broken GFI reset didn?t work

Close proximity to our daughter's place and restaurants and stores

No elevator to the 2nd floor. No room on first floor when requested.

Cleanliness

Couldn¿t use swimming pool because the water was too cold ¿Breakfast¿ provided was a joke. Other motels in the area offered hot food and more fruit choices.

This hotel, after taking in account inflation, fits what you would expect a $60 hotel to have been ten years ago. If you are on a budget, it's absolutely perfect. Nothing fancy, but decent and comfortable.

It could use some deep cleaning for sure! But it's not dirty dirty. Just don't go looking too much! Also, even for a small breakfast offering, it was terrible. Prepackaged danishes, granola bars, and cereal. That was it. Not even fresh fruit.

Swimming pool was great for my granddaughters, they let me check in early and nice staff.

The breakfast was very limited but the coffee was good.

Price and location. Good water pressure in shower plus soft water. Fairly quiet and orderly guests.

Room was stuffy, mattress and bedding uncomfortable and the mini breakfast about as basic as can be.

The services are two stars or less. The breakfast is low quality and one day no milk. I asked why no milk, the answer no bowl for the milk

Hotel was clean and very quiet. It's pleasantly tucked away in a quiet business district area near a Target and Albertsons supermarket. The loction was well lighted and felt safe. Staff were friendly and efficient. I will definitely stay again as needed.

There was nothing that I disliked about this location.

First of all it was not a hotel it was a motel. It was scary a d reeked of smoke and wasn't even sure the sheets were changed.the bathroom stunk like pee. And the walls where two different colors. I slept in a bed I wasn't sure it didn't have bed bugs .

Price

Grab and go breakfast is a small Danish and a small cup of coffee. Doesn't even qualify as a snack.

The service was good. If I called for a towel they brought it as soon as they could. Very friendly.

The swimming pool spa was not filled nor working. The swimming pool could have been a little warmer.

Quiet and convenient location.

Both the sink drain and bathtub drains were clogged. I was able to unclog the sink drain myself but not the tub. I wasn't able to use the shower. I was going to let staff know but I was in a rush to leave.can someone send me a coupon for 2 free nights??

Everything was working okay, there was no outside noise. Overall, everything was fine.

The bed spread was not really clean, and the bathroom floor had some dust remaining on the corners of the floor. It looked like it wasn't mop thoroughly.

I was disappointed in the condition of the hotel room. It was crowded around the desk area and furniture was worn, especially the small chair by the door and the desk chair. Gave me a bad first impression. The room was clean and nice enough bedding.

It was close to where I needed to be.

the room had dirty tissues on the floor, the bathroom was dirty and the toilet did flush. Asked twice to have it fixed and no one ever came. They do not serve breakfast as stated.
