Quality Inn Raton, NM

Breakfast selection was terrible. Powder eggs and cold sausage patties. Dead roach on the floor of room. Toilet kept trying to fill all night. Refrigerator barely even kept food chilled. Hot tub out of order.

The sheets were dirty. We could not stay there. When I asked the manager if he had a clean room he said, "I don't know." I demanded either a different room or a refund. So we left. Worst customer service ever.

Easy to get to.

3 of 4 light bulbs in bathroom were out. Hair on bathroom floor and shower wall. Extremely noisy; lot of doors slamming. Temperature hard to control.

The hotel was older and smelled, bathtub shower was nasty, the toilet wouldn?t flush down. There was a wet dirty towel hanging in the bathroom when we entered, so you know they didn?t do a good job cleaning the room. Heater was loud and would wake you.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

I was unexpectantly charged an addl $20 because we were traveling with our dog. I saw on the hotel info that it was 'pet friendly', but did not see that there would be a charge. That info should be obvious. I've never been charged for our dog before.

It was not very clean. There was blood on the curtains, and on two spots on the walls. At best I'm hoping someone just killed some bugs... but they were in very easy spots to see so I don't know why they weren't cleaned... Hopefully it was just bugs ?

Our room was very clean, the breakfast was fresh, had lots options, staff was friendly.

The breakfast was probably the best thing.

The bed was a toco bed. You laid on it and it would wrap up around you. Also it was the smallest Queen I've ever seen.

Staff were friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good and pool/hit tub was clean.

Ice maker didn't work, place used to be nice but is getting really run down. Needs a lot if work.

Older, but kept up very nice. Property was clean too.

Comfortable place to stay with free breakfast.

Couldn¿t get the wifi to work even after reporting the issue to the front desk.

The room was outdated. The chair was disgust in the room. It would be best to take out. The towels were very thin. The shower, toilet, sink clean, but the floor tile was old and dirty. The rugs needs to be cleaned or replaced. The bed was very comfn

Just the location. Breakfast was sufficient.

There was a horrible smell in our room. It make our nose burn. May have been a cleaner they use. Beds and toilets are too low. There is no elevator to access upper floors

Hallway was putrid, the room smelled so badly we had issues for days and were too disgusted to touch anything. Looked like dried blood spattered on the wall above the beds!

This hotel exceeded my expectations - from the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, to the cleanliness and comfort of the room, to the free breakfast, to the hotel's location - I was very pleased.
