Over priced and to much noise you can here in other rooms and doors clicking shut. Stuffy air feeling

Comfy beds and clean room! The front desk attendant was very friendly.

We stayed here close to Christmas time, and the decorations the hotel had up were so warm and welcoming--and very Christmassy! The staff was so nice, the breakfast was great, and our room was super clean. What more can you ask for?

Nope. Not a thing.

When you walk into the lobby, it smells like a pet store. Front desk-Mandy and the lady in the breakfast area were rude.

Location was on Route 66, close to I-40 and straight across the street from the mechanic shop my car got towed to!

The "view" from my room was an opaque tent on windows to keep me from seeing the non-functional swimming pool right next to my room.

Great breakfast. Great value for the money.

Bed was soft, waaay too soft

Plenty of parking space for trailer. Good breakfast . Good value.

A little outdated.

My husband is disabled and this hotel has no elevator. We requested a ground floor room, but were told that we would have to pay more for a ground floor room because the low price we paid was only for a second floor room. Very difficult for my husband.

This hotel exceeded the expectations we had after staying at the same brand in Albuquerque. The room was cleaner and the hotel overall was more well taken care of.

How can any hotel NOT have an ELEVATOR?!?! Really? That was the very worst part of the stay other than not being able to get alternative or additional pillows.

Clean, neat had all that we needed. Staff very friendly.

Located right off of I40 for quick access east to Santa Rosa or west to Albuquerque. Breakfast included hot options like eggs, sausage, and waffle maker.

Exterior was a bit trashy and had to walk through smokers right by the back door to get into property.

Old carpet, off design, run down,overpriced. Horrible coffee

Clean, beds comfortable and soft. Would recommend if you do not have pets.

The $20 charge for the dog. Changed to Comfort Inn and Country Inns rest of trip and had no additional dog charges.

I love the location of where the hotel is located adn the cashier was a respectful young man with good manners. He was very polite and funny

It was convenient to get to, had everything I needed and breakfast/coffee in the morning.

The 2 women at check in were not helpful and change us again when we paid a month ahead. It was charge on our visa card . They said it would be drop off, but it took 4 days. They were not nice and kept telling us different important. Quality Inn changes .

Good location, clean, good parking, breakfast starts at 6:00am.

The window wasn't locked. Couldn't get comfortable with pillows. Bed was otherwise fine. Scrambled eggs appeared to be from mix as they were in standing in liquid about a quarter to half inch deep.

Asked to see the room before we accepted it. It had a sewage order. Asked to see another room and we were shown a room that was acceptable. No bad odors. The toilet was sluggish in the flush. Many areas that needed a paint touch up. Carpet tear.
