Quality Inn Los Lunas - Albuquerque South

The hotel was nice and clean the bed was soft and comfy and the breakfast was ok

When I checked in the lady at the front desk was hard to understand

Friendly people and easy access

Theres only parking on one side. My room was of course on the opposite side so i couldn't see my car. I know theres nothing they can do and its not anyones fault i just like to keep an eye on my stuff.

Convenient location.

Clean but needs some refreshing. $100 security deposit not refunded for a week.

I liked nothing about this motel. We were told on arrival that we did not have a reservation. We gave the clerk our confirmation number. He called the manager. She was very rude and short, said there was a double-booking. She had called my cell¿

30 minutes earlier and acted like she had done her part, it was now on me. She said there had been a double-booking, too bad for me. She acted like I had double-booked (absurd), and offered no assistance. If I were her boss I would fire her.

Comfortable and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

That it was close to retail stores and restaurants.

There was poop in the swimming in pool. We told the staff, they shut the pool down and never cleaned it. We stayed at the hotel because of the pool and was unable to stay there as there poop in the pool and they did handle the situation

Overall property is good. Freshening recently show the desire to be competitive.

Two distinct problems are very glaring. To have one luggage cart is terrible. With all the dollars spend for refurbishing, there is a need for two more carts. Secondly, the handicap parking for the property is downhill from the entrance. A little fill?

Hotel was very clean, quiet and convenient to both the highway and other services.

The faucet in the tub was barely connected and the tub had big areas without porcelain. It appeared clean, though.

The staff was amazing. I can't even explain how awesome they were. They allowed us to stay until noon the next day due to a little hangover, lol. Breakfast was on point! I can't wait to go back and stay again. Thank you staff!

Everything was great, I wish all the Quality Inn's were just as amazing and perfect.

Room was not completely cleaned and found a syringe at the foot of the bed, dirty hand towels under sink, and personal belongings still in the shower from last person there. They gave a partial refund. Worst place I have ever stayed!

Pool was drained and staff stated "yea, it's broken". Poor security measures: pool area not locked, anyone could have entered and fallen into drained pool; back doors to motel without locks. Wi Fi terrible, 3 different WiFi's that kept kicking us off.

The staff are rude they have me a dirty room twice before finding a room they actully had clean
