The Breakfast was outstanding. The man working the front desk was very helpful. Loved the location. Loved the sidewalks surrounding the hotel where one could take a short walk alone or with a pet. Loved the nearby food co-op.

Staff forgot to leave a box of Kleenex in the room. Not a big deal.

Room-darkening window blind was completely missing from room 227 and could not be replaced during our stay. We bought black poster paper from Smith's to cut the glare from parking lot lights.

The rooms were very nice and clean very comfortable

When arriving they were short staff only had 1 housekeeper in labor day weekend so there was people waiting 2 hours or longer just to be checked in

Very minor; Clothes hanger knob in bathroom is loose out of wall, not sure icemaker in refrigerator freezer wanted to come on (after pulling bail down), previous guest had left a robe in the wardrobe closet, waffle machine was out of batter at breakfast

Breakfast items were often "empty" when I took family for breakfast. Had to wait to be filled.

The room was great, the breakfast was good

Somebody took my wife's medication while we were out of the room. We left our things in the room to go eat. When we returned she noticed that three of her medications were missing.

We enjoyed staying here cause of the friendliness and how they treat you. It is very clean and rooms are nice and spaches. The Breakfast is always good and the views at breathtaking.

Stayed three nights to recoup from stresses. Perfect choice. Comfortable, clean, accomodating staff. Couldn't have asked for better. Unquestionably the best among many HIE I ever stayed in. Very well manages.

Location, Friendly staff, clean hotel, breakfast is good, nice pool & workout room, laundry facilities are adequate, front desk can give you quarters for your $$. Pet friendly for low dep. Has exactly what I need for the weekend to visit my mother in-law.

Sometimes can't get a hold of front desk staff have to go down to the desk and stand in line for what you need. They are always willing to help when you get done there.

Perfectly clean, quiet in spite of being full, comfortable bed and linens, beautiful view from room, clean, safe parking lot, helpful staff.

Couldn't find HGTV. Not that big of a problem.

The whole hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Gave us a sense of comfort and a feeling of relief after a long day. They were very helpful and informative. They made sure every comfort was met for our stay.

This hotel is just a bunch of scammers who didn¿t find my reservation and then forced us to make a new reservation at a higher rate when we arrived. Charged us for both(!) and now we have to challenge all of the charges through our credit card. Avoid.

The front desk staff was rude when we checked in My room was not cleaned, we were told they were understaffed. So I¿m not unhappy with cleaning staff

They put me in a room at first that had a stained tub. I had to have them move me.

Floors had visible dirt on them and towels were stained.

The rooms were very clean. We stayed at 2 other hotels previously and they did not offer breakfast due to COVID restraints. This hotel found a way to do it!!! The breakfast was awesome and kept within the COVID guidelines!

There was NOTHING about this hotel that I did not like!
