Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Los Alamos White Rock

I like the location, even though its the only hotel in White Rock. A quick drive to overlook, Los Alamos and its much better than staying in Espanola. I really like how close the grocery store is too.

Breakfast was good but it would be nice to have a little more options.

Quiet and clean

Food was not great. I would skip Breakfast next time.

Location, breakfast choices but not hours.

Breakfast did not start early enough. Lady clerk was rude, gentleman on duty very pleasant.

The night clerk  did not wait to hear the question I was asking. First I asked what time check out was, and then he just started talking really fast, and I could not make out what he was saying. He was saying he could not have any late check (con't

(cont'd) outs. I told him that was not what I was going to ask, but that since he talked over me and did not care to listen, I would not ask. I WAS going to ask about staying another night, but after the way we were treated, I will not stay there again!

Everything was clean! Had everything we needed. Location was fairly close to restaurants and to everything we wanted to do. Staff were friendly. Couldn¿t have asked for more!

It was quiet and very close to Bandelier National Monumnent, which is what I was doing in the area. It was also really clean.

My room did not smell like a non-smoking room, which is what I had wanted.

Quiet location

Although quiet, it is not close to any resturants. The town of White Rock closes and rolls up the sidewalks at 7pm. Worst is that stupid barn door bathroom..no privacy

Clean room, gym

Staff so busy doing all kinds of extra things I felt like I was an interruption to to check in or ask questions. They did not give details about important services like most hotel checkins. Bed was so hard I could not lay on one side for long without hurt

Breakfast was well handled (in these COVID times) and the person serving it was very personable and efficient.

Small nit: there should be night tables on both sides of the bed.

I love it cleanliness and has a business room where I was able to do some work

One of the light bulbs in our room was out

This is our familys second stay and we love it! Clean rooms, excellent free breakfast, very accommodating staff, close location to Atomic Transit bus stop which takes you to Los Alamos for free!

Wish it had a pool, but everything else great makes up for that!

Pretty good coffee at 6AM

I needed a hotel in Los Alamos to get me & my grandson to a hockey game at the ridiculous time of 6:45 AM. When I checked on line it said "Los Alamos"; the sign behind their checkout counter said "Los Alamos"...in fact they are in Whiterock - 20 milesaway

Out of the way place but close to what we needed. Clean, fairly newly renovated, nice breakfast, and helpful staff.

All was good!

It was right around the corner from our destination.

Bug running around. Had to get management to make the air conditioning work.

The room that I had was absolutely wonderful and since I was on the 3rd floor I wasn't bothered by any of the construction that was going on on the 1st floor. Loved having breakfast available until 10:00 a.m. I would stay there again.

Very kind staff. Allowed slightly late checkout. Afternoon food was good.

Some moldy areas in bathroom. Front desk girl a little unfriendly. No pool :(

The label of “spa” is misleading. There is only a dry sauna.

Their flexibility in helping me resolve my own error in booking the wrong date!
