Hampton Inn & Suites Las Cruces I-10

Breakfast was presented very well

We found a bunch of random trash in our room from whom ever stayed there before we did. It was equipped for the sofa, bed in terms of pillows and blankets. It was incredibly difficult to get a hold of staff to get more linens.

I understand the cancelation policy but it makes no sense to me. I accidentally scheduled the wrong dates same motel but different dates and was not allowed to switch it. So I paid for a room that no one stayed in.

Yes the cancelation policy. I paid for a room that I DID NOT STAY IN. I understand that their are policies but come on. Horrible that no one would help me.

I like that it was clean and the check in staff was friendly and kind.

The barn doors on the bathroom definitely give the room a more modern look but do not offer 100% privacy while in the bathroom

Staff was not accommodating and entered our room even after told not to. Would not stay at this Hampton Inn again, felt violated and lied to.

Definetaly the snotty attitude of the night check in guy,bed was hard as a rock,food was not good.overcharged.

The only blanket provided is a heavy comforter. A bit too much during these 100° temps.

It was convenient to the University where we went for my daughters orientation

When we got back to our room after it had been cleaned the beds were just put together with the same pillowcases that I had wanted changed and also new towels were placed in the bathroom very messy and also Water slide and hot tub weren¿t working

Noise. People talking in hall can be heard clearly.

Great location right off I10.Close to Walmart and plenty of choices for food.

The air conditioning was either too hot or too cold. The comforter on the bed was much too heavy, hard to manage.

I liked the location of this property since we were just stopping through and needed easy access to the freeway. Hotel was clean and so was the room. Also they had an indoor pool which helped the kids have some fun after being in the car for so long

Excellent location. Room was quiet and hotel staff was very helpful

ROOM,POOL AND GYM. The fact that we were able to use the pool and gym was awsome.

Nothing it was lousy there was no WiFi the cable tv didn’t want to work I basically just slept there the pool wasn’t open the gym wasn’t open I couldn’t even watch tv it was one of the worst times I’ve ever had

Everything was closed on the web page it did t say any thing I would like a refund or another weekend stay I have nothing but bad things to say about that stay

Location to I-10.

The carpet in the hallway and room needed vacuuming. The room required a few repairs.

The name brand of the hotel

Checking in was a nightmare. The hotel did not have 2 rooms w 2 queen beds. They only had king size beds and it took ive 2 hours for the staff to get approval from management to change our rooms.

Breakfast they were out of plates and had biscuits had no sausage gravy.

Pool needed serious attention—not clean. TV in our room didn’t work.

Very clean, easy access to freeway. Close to both downtown Las Cruces and Mesilla. Every employee at hotel we encountered was very helpful. Great breakfast.
