The location was a bit out of the way and difficult to get to the highways.
I choose this property because it's newer and that typically means updated facilities and cleanliness.
The walls are paper thin. You can litterly hear someone else's conversation and repeat it works for word from the room next door. It didn't help that the guests next to us were having a party until all hours of the morning, including screaming kids.
Actually, we liked everything about the Hotel. Especially the staff. I only remember the name of one of the women. Very very nice and courteous.
We didn't do any breakfast but did notice that it was not the same as the Hilton Gardens up the street. Since we are used to a full breakfast we went to a restaurant.
Convenient for traveling with families. Warmed home made spaghetti for dinner in the kitchenette, and enjoyed it on clean dish ware. Enjoyed nutritious free breakfast, and free apples and coffee in the lobby.
Dog area not maintained. Surrounded by goatheads.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Cruces offered a very good overall experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made the stay comfortable and welcoming.The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location was convenient with easy access to nearby roads, restaurants, and stores. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options that suited different preferences.The rooms were spacious and well laid out, which is especially nice for longer stays, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
Clean and easy check in process
Morning breakfast staff lady was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked her for a fork and some butter for my child because she said “breakfast ends at 10 and my shift ends at 10.” It was 10:02 and we arrived at 9:50. So many other hotels we can stay at when we come to Las Cruces.
The property was clean, comfortable, and easy to get to.

As I WALKED IN THE FRONT DEST LADY WAS SUPER NICE AND WAS SO RESPECTFUL. GAVE US ALL DETAILS FROM BREAKFAST,ELEVATOR COFFEE 24 HRS. JUST FELT REALLY WELCOME. WHEN I WAS CHECKING OUT IT WAS A GENTLEMAN,AND SAME WAS SUPER RESPECTFUL AND REALLY EASY TO CHECK OUT. THANK YOU STAFF FOR MAKING MY STAY REALLY GOOD.
