Hampton Inn & Suites Las Cruces I-25

I was told when I checked in the indoor pool and hot tub were open and available to use and after a storm outside they closed them due to a leak in the roof witch I feel was because of lack of maintenance or

Renovations include hooks in the bathroom for bath towels (older rooms didn't even have a place to hang a hand towel) and in the room; breakfast was good

The location

It was under construction the room was half completed. The breakfast was terrible everything tasted like it was warmed in the microwave. The television had 4 channels. And the bed shook anytime someone moved

Right off the highway

Room was not clean , tv did not work and carpet was coming up off the ground

They were doing construction on the hotel. My TV did not work. The pillows smelled like a dirty mechanic had slept on them.

Location

The room description was not what it had described. The breakfast was average. The room was not as I was anticipating it would be with the money I spent.

The hotel interior is under construction and the front desk failed to say anything upon checkin so when we got to our floor the hallway was being dry walled and the room number signs were on the floor. The room was ok

The location and beds were super comfy!

Breakfast tasted way off. Room remodels that didn?t look anything like online pictures. Huge long desk right in middle of room that was connected to wall. Very strange placement

Not much. Bed was clean and comfortable, breakfast was ok. Stayed 2 nights a week apart, charged 2 different amounts for same room.

Bad, not even a 2 star. Parking lot had trash from an ongoing remodel. Ice machine did not work. Staff was inexperienced and not very knowledgeable. Furniture was chipped and in poor condition. TV did not work properly. Poor experience.

Updated, clean, quiet

A little off my route of I10, but worth it

When we entered the hotel the lobby floor had contractors dust all over it. Our room door was ajar when we got to our room. The room refrigerator was not working and smelled. The bathroom sink did not drain and and the room was barely clean.

We loved the hot continental breakfast. Great selections, very clean and organized, and everything was fresh. We were amazed at the quality served.

The lobby is so beautiful. The room size and the beds met what I expected.

Hampton hotel is always in my top list when my family travel, but this was the first time that there were missing the toilet paper, facial paper and other cleaning supplies.

Clean and quiet. Had dog eating in lap of child during breakfast. Not sanitary

Hotel is not in good condition¿. Wall paper in room peeling off ¿. Toilet overflow and shower dripping all night long.

Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good

Several animals in motel. People with Dog & Cat allergies would have a concern staying at motel. No guarantees that your room did not have an animal the previous evening¿not acceptable

Mold in the bathroom. Curtains need a cleaning. Furniture is worn

stayed many times in las cruces. for the cost, this was superior. the breakfast was very good, as was the coffee. even though it is near the freeway, it was very quiet (very important to me).

Coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7.

Rooms need work. Furniture and mop boards are chipped. Paint is chipped. The place needs some updating. It¿s more like a motel 6 than a Hampton Inn. Breakfast eggs are dry and crumbly

The breakfast when they weren't out was amazing and  the lady who works the breakfast was amazing lady very nice and hard worker so polite and went out of her way to better our experience

Our room had no hot water we had no towels n soap our door didn't even shut they deactivated our key cards 2hrs b4 check out making it very inconvenient to laod up to leave Victor at the front desk was rude n unprofessional...Gia was rude n lazy
