Great hotel and great staff. The gentleman that help me this morning to rebook my room was very kind and understanding.

Location and beds were very comfortable

Not super clean. There was candy under one bed and the sheets and comforter had a stain

Friendly staff who gave us an upgrade. Great Breakfast.

The fridge was making a weird noise which stopped when I unplugged it.

My room card key DO NOT WORK for the first 2 days! Our first day the key didn?t work at all. I had to go back EVERY TIME TO GET IN MY ROOM!! Plus the construction workers were being pervert, staring at my young daughter and self When we were at the pool.

This hotel did not feel like a brand standard. It felt much lower quality. There was one elevator in a weird place, the carpet was patched together, the room was only cool on one side. It did not feel like a holiday inn express. We checked out early.

Location and rate .Room was overkill for my needs as a place to sleep. Breakfast foods were superb.

The exec-kingrm was above the entry door which was extremely loud sounded like a train & bathroom floor was filthy, asked for a different room manager was very rude. She gave me a handicap room with 2 queen beds,after several attempts I got a standard

Room was dated. Pillows were terrible. Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. The room had two phones and neither worked. Tv remote did not work. Stains on the furniture.

Consider putting liquid coffee creamers (the small disposables) in the room in addition to the granulated sugar and powdered creamer Coffee is an important part of my morning routine and the powdered creamer is disappointing

Amazingly well maintained hotel, especially for the low price. The breakfast was pretty good and got our off to a great start on the rest of our journey.

good people stay there and are happy with the food spa ,pool and overall quality.

It¿s location. A perfect stopping point from CA to Texas both ways. Great dining options close by. Decent complimentary breakfast. All great for getting back on and off the road with no hassle. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious.

They only provide 2 bath towels and they are a bit thin. I didn¿t bother to ask for more. We made due but 4 towels would be nice.

The staff was friendly and courteous. and the location was fine. No problems finding a parking spot. My family enjoyed the pool and breakfast.. the beds were comfortable and plenty of room for all to sleep.

the room appeared to be clean. there was stuff under the bed and sofa sleeper and dresser.

Pool was broken. No one was maintaining it. Spa was out of order. Pool burnt my eyes.
