- Surprisingly the room was really nice.

Cons -
- Took three times to get me into a vacant room after I had already prebooked No milk for cereal by 7:45 am. Asked for downstairs but got an upstairs room
- Lopsided mattress causing the head & middle to sink in. Shower head pipe and tub faucet pipe almost got pulled out of the wall. Even though we asked for a quiet ground floor room, we were given a room below a noisy upstairs guest.
