Free breakfast, pool, whirlpool, nice room

The room size was great.

The pool was not heated, the hot tub was broke and has been broke for quite some time and the tiles in the room bathroom and coming up.

The breakfast! The server was Hotel employee was awesome!

Pool and hot tub were broke, rooms were not very quiet.

We had to leave early in the morning with a medical emergency. We left a pair of hearing aids plugged in the room. We called the front desk, housekeeping manager found them and they put them in the mail the next day! Loved the concern!

The gentlemen who checked us in went above and beyond. He saw I was on crutches and put us in the handicap room. It was so helpful because I use a knee scooter to get around and need an accesible shower.

Staff person that checked us in was very helpful and informative. Seemed like a very safe area.

Unusual to not have self-serve breakfast. No choice of fruit for breakfast.

Location. That is about the ONLY good thing to say. Inadequate lighting in parking lot. Foul odor in room. VERY dirty bathroom & TUB! Nasty stained carpet.

Staff was great! Bed was extremely comfortable. Room well laid out.

We were assigned a handicapped king room. Impossible to shower without water going all over the floor. Had to use all towels to clean up.

Room had mushrooms from a pizza behind the tv, somebody missed the trash can. It didn¿t get cleaned up, there was hair in the bathroom on the floor and counter. There was also hair on one of the beds, there was a stain on the blanket on the other bed.

Not as clean as expected. Carpet appears to no cleaning or replaced.

The bed was very comfortable.

When I arrived and settled into the room, the air conditioner and TV did not work. It took two phone calls to get the room set for the evening. The carpet was in desperate need of a deep cleaning or replacement.

This hotel was quite and I was able to get the sleep I needed. Unlike the hotel I had before my trip (Ks to CA). I will definitely stay here again.

Nope. Maybe having the help serving us during breakfast. But that¿s probably because of the Covid season.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean! Location off the I 40 was perfect with no noise at all.
