- Location and cleanliness.
- The large, spacious, clean room. The hotel was also on the north side of town and away from the noisy train tracks.
- Huge rooms, very clean, and a comfortable bed. We had an issue with lights in our room. The staff went above and beyond to resolve it. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, gravy, oatmeal, and waffles. Highly recommend!
Cons -
- Breakfast could?ve been better. Also, daytime front desk staff member was not a service oriented employee. Some additional training will benefit the employee and hotel.
- There was only 1 small thing about the room which could be improved. The room had a small sofa bed which we didn't need. We found that the sofa sagged in the middle. Even with just 1 person sitting on it, it just didn't have that much support.
