- The staff were very nice and informative! The room was very clean.
- Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
- The staff at the front desk, and the lady working the breakfast room were very friendly. The mattress was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on, and we didn't want to take the bed apart to see the mattress brand, so I asked the lady at the front desk. She took my number and texted me the next day with the brand which I really appreciated (it is a Beautyrest). After a very long drive from the Houston area to Carlsbad, we appreciated being able to walk across the street to a Mexican restaurant where we had a very good dinner.

- Person above me stomping around kept me up all night.no sound attenuation between floors?
