Front desk clerk was so kind and sweet. The room was super clean and spacious!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable,breakfast was very good, staff was friendly. Overall, hotel is very nice & well maintained

The location of the hotel is kind of hidden & dark. Price is kind of pricey.

A/C made too much noise. We were there for 4 nights and they never cleaned or changed bedding the whole time. We had to get fresh towels from the laundry room. The road to the hotel is terrible

The Dove products in the bathroom, the extensive hot breakfast, both feather and fluff pillows. Those with feather allergies can choose the fluff. Very comfortable mattresses and snowy white duvets.

The gentleman at the front counter was a doll and very nice.

We asked the young lady at customer service if we could get towels in the pool and she said yes right away. We were in the pool and spent time in the hot tub and nothing we had to go back to our room at. Thank God no one slipped and fell

We have stayed at many hotels across the country and the breakfast here has by far been our best experience. The tall older gentleman that appears to be in charge of the buffet is excellent with customer service, quality of food and cleanliness!

We are traveling across the county and needed to do our laundry before leaving at 10 am but was not able to as it appeared that all the customer washer and dryers were full of black linen

There was a homeless man that pooped up behind a fence in the parking lot later at night when we were unloading our bags from our vehicle. He looked suspicious.

The room was spacious.

It stunk. The hallway leading to my room stunk. The elevator was filthy. For this I paid you $--- per night, 2 nights? Disgusting.

I googled hotels that accept dogs this one came up, they used my card & said, oh is that a service dog? No. Then you will have to go next door to days Inn. July 2, 2024; 6:30 pm Bernallio, NM

Needs a refresh. Kind of hard to find how to get to the hotel from the street.

Very nice public areas; great staff; abundant parking; fair price; decent breakfast.

Rooms showed wear and tear. Shower rod mounted improperly ...curved way out over bathroom floor, so that curtain barely fell into tub. Despite making sure curtain sealed against both end walls, water splattered out of tub onto floor. Tub fixtures worn.

Staff was friendly, room reasonably clean, great location, breakfast was good and breakfast person was so friendly and accomodating!

The bed, pillows were excellent.

The bath towels were ragged. I was my car with that type of old towel.

Plumbing: Toilets took an eternity to fill. Shower temp was scalding or cold. Sink had a messy spray head. Dresser leaned forward, so when I put anything in the drawers, they slowly came out. I walked into them more than once. Bungee cord FTW!

Friendly staff! Nice room. Better than we expected. Smaller than some and extremely well run.

Location is great and staff are always friendly.

Mattresses are beginning to wear and need to be replaced; walls and floor are poorly insulated so sound echoes and pounding of footsteps from upper level can be heard.

The staff was wonderful, the room clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! One of the best hotels we've stayed in in a long time.
