    Pros +

    • Everything was great. The restaurant was first class. The rooms were spacious and clean. Loved it.
    • Great place. Lovely grounds
    • This is a charming B&B with only four rooms. It is connected to an excellent restaurant with a very good bar and wine list. I enjoyed the pool very much, as it was a very hot day.

    Cons -

    • No cable or satellite tv. You had to long into the Wi-Fi and sign into your own account which I didn?t want to do on a kind of public tv
    • The location is across the street from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, which is a rather weird place from the outside. On the other side is some kind of electrical power something or other. The B &B has a nice backyard garden with a pool.
    • Wish there was a door to separate the other room with the second bed.

Very nice place. Nice small place with not a bunch of people around. Very quiet. No breakfast due to COVID, but nice in room snacks and drinks.

Wish there was a door to separate the other room with the second bed.

Everything about my stay was perfect. The room was tastefully decorated and immaculate. In lieu of the "breakfast" there was yogurt, juice, milk and assorted snacks in my room. Check in was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I was worried about having to send a text to check in because the owner/staff are not on site. However, even though I arrived earlier than I anticipated, they were already there. The check in experience was still outstanding.

Attention to detail. High quality continental breakfast choices. Attentive staff. Attached restaurant (best fajitas I have ever had).

    Not a thing!

Great staff & owners. B&B style lodge with only 4 rooms but entire facility was clean and well laid out with easy access to the common area (breakfast areas.) Excellent value as it was less expensive than most of the chain hotels. Definitely recommend.

With Artesia being a gas refining town, there is the constant smell of petroleum but this is consistent throughout the town not just at this hotel.

We got the bigger room for 1 night. I didn't have to wait but a couple of minutes for someone to come and check me in. The room and decor were beautiful and so clean! I will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely Inn despite the location.  4 sweet unique rooms with lovely common area. All very clean and comfortable. Fabulous owner, nice provided breakfast and what a treat having such a good restaurant next door.ÂÂÂ

    Location in town.

I enjoyed my stay at the Adobe Rose, the room was comfortable and the staff was excellent. I had to check in late from my travel in, and they were more than happy to accommodate. I will be here again.

I enjoyed my stay, I can't thing of anything that I would change. Great place to stay.

The attempt to provide service without a person on site.

The many phone calls necessary to check in.

The quality of the accommodations at the Adobe Rose Boutique Inn was amazing. The room was extremely clean and spacious and absolutely as quality as it could be.

I loved everything about the hotel and accommodations.

To invest all that money in a bed and breakfast and have a cheap uncomfortable bed is not good business....traveling 18 years and all u need is a good bed and shower

Great value! Megan was kind when we checked in and we instantly felt welcome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Having the pool to ourselves was a bonus! Megan made sure we had plenty of breakfast items in our room which was greatly appreciated.

This place is a gem. Awesome accommodations. Great value, quiet and the folks there were super friendly. I will stay there again next time I roll thru.

    10TimPosted on: 1-19-2026

The breakfast provided was very helpful!

Wish the thermostat for the room that regulates the air temp of the room, could also be in the room instead of the hallway near washing machines. But knew where it was and no problems! All good!

Nice to have an assortment of food for breakfast. Really nice to have milk in the fridge for the cereal! Quite surprised.

The water pipe that broke on Thursday night, meaning no water on Friday morning was a pain. However, this was not under the control of the hotel. They were nice and accompanying me with gallons of water for brushing my teeth etc. But again, not under the control of the hotel.

Words cannot describe the detail and comfort of our stay. Even pictures don't do it justice Every detail, every thing in the room spoke of comfort and someone personally thinking of the guest staying there. How to meet each need to make the stay pleasant. Being met by the host, check in was simple and a breeze A tour of our room, where you can come in from the outside but at same time exit our room into a main common area which featured kitchen supplies if needed, a washer and dryer free to use, and big surprise bonus opening a door into what looks like 5 star restaurant that was right there to enjoy. unfortunately for us, we had been on the road all day and just needed time to relax. A refrigerator in our room had yogurt, milk, juice, while there also was dry cereal, muffins, peanut butter, bananas, and granola bar. There was a Kuerig coffee pot with assorted flavor coffee pods, bottles of water. The bedding and comfort of bed heavenly. My son and I had privacy as it was two bedrooms with a sliding barn door between the rooms. The bathroom was well equipped with dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, The shower was combo with hand held or shower head spray. I loved this feature as I could take shower without getting my hair wet. There was nothing in my opinion that could have been better. The price for this luxury made it even more memorable. I only wish I could have stayed longer to be able to sit in front on the patio in the comfortable patio set and enjoy my morning coffee or evening glass of wine. I will always remember this place and would go out of my way to stay here again.
