Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Uptown

This was our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as great as the first! The location is ideal — close to Old Town, the Pueblo Cultural Center, and only a short drive to Balloon Fiesta Park. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and it’s a convenient home base for exploring Albuquerque.

The hotel was right next to the freeway and the room was not soundproofed. It was noisey with traffic at night. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.Not what I'd expect from a Hilton.

Nice location close to everything

Breakfast was expensive, simple continental breakfast was over $14. Cold food also.

Beautiful Hotel. Very nice room. Close to the shopping center. It was very quiet. There's a parking garage for your car which is nice.

For what we paid, a free breakfast would have been nice. They charge a pretty hefty fee for breakfast. And the luggage carts are a joke. Tiny little carts that do not hold much. Everyone had to use two of them to get their luggage to the room. So there were never any carts available. We had to sit in the lobby and wait for someone to bring theirs back. Also our bathroom door wouldn't close. We were there two days and told twice they'd be up to fix it, never came.

Location was good. Parking garage was pretty safe I guess.

Construction EVERYWHERE- inside in the lobby, outside the front door, outside the rooms, was terrible absolutely terrible.

The hotel is exactly what you'd expect - good location, clean, etc.

I accidentally left behind a jacket in my room. After calling the hotel repeatedly to organize the mailing of the items to my home, and also sending a prepaid postage label, I never heard from the staff again and promises to get back to me via phone were not kept. Very disappointing from an established chain like Hilton, who deal with issues like this very often, I'm sure.

Location was great. Staff helpful.

At the price point, I would have expected a complimentary hot breakfast.

It was a very nice hotel with friendly staff.

I received a handicapped accessible room with a shower that is hard to use for normal people.
