Staff are excellent across the board: reception (engaging, helpful, genuine), barman (friendly, knowledgable), breakfast team (efficient, extra mile, service mentality).Room (pet friendly): perfect!!

Very friendly staff and accommodations. It has a security fence for cars and guests making us relax during our stay. The restaurant offers delicious food. As being BW members we got a complimentary full, hot breakfast made to order. The room was spacious and clean.
The pool is in a separate “bubble” for winter so you’d have to go outside to access and the door to it was not near a hotel door.

Staff was great! Good location, just off the highway and walking distance to Old Town. Room was large and updated and clean. The Room was serviced every day. Bathroom was updated and nice. Bar on sight was nice to have. Cooked to Order Breakfast available in the mornings or plenty of other options within a short walk. Free shuttle available to Old Town, Train Station and Airport. I don't normally stay at budget Hotel Chains, but this one was exceptional.
The windows on the outside of the hotel were in desperate need of cleaning.

The location was great for what we did while we were in town and the property seemed safe. Rooms were clean.
Our biggest issue is the bed was very uncomfortable. And while the room service was convenient, it was not the best food. The pizza was better than the Mexican food, and it’s a Mexican restaurant.
