Location is great.

There was a horrible smell upon entry to the hotel. Rooms were close together however furnishing were subpar. Leather was cracked on the chairs, mold in the shower. Sheets had not been changed in the 2nd room, broken lamps. Staff worked to move for a better room. Missing utensils. No cups in one room the other room cups were dirty. Housekeeping questionable at best. Dire need of refurbishment. Carpet stank in the halls.

The location was good. The staff was friendly. We just needed a place to sleep for a night. It served that purpose.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Housekeeper opened my door TWICE, 2 days straight at 8am without knocking!!! If check out is 11, why is she opening my door at 8 without a sound??? That was very scary and I was a woman alone. I do NOT recommend this hotel!

The room was a good size, comfortable bed with a nice kitchen. Free parking, good location near food markets.

Some of the front desk workers weren’t friendly.

Location was nice. The beds were soft. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and it seem to be a pretty well insulated place as far as the noise the other peoples doors which you would hear, but it wasn’t loud noise that would wake you up

The hallway smelled bad so you could tell someone spilled some food and the two days we were there. You could still smell the hallway it smelled like onions and eggs wasn’t a pleasant smell throughout the day and we paid an extra $15 for 2 PM late check out and of course at 11 o’clock housekeeping comes knocking on our door, waking us upPlus, I do not like the fact that I had to pay for parking if you’re gonna charge for parking included in the fees to where people don’t see it. I don’t like the idea of me going to pay a couple hundred bucks for a hotel and also have to pay for parking at the late check out when I went down my car and came back. My card was deactivated so my goodness please update your computer system to handle late. Checkouts we asked for the third-floor top level and we were given that but my goodness the hotel was barely booked and yet they still put us next to people. I don’t understand if you’re not at full vacancy spread the people out so you don’t hear the neighbors next to you

Facilities good for an extended stay , gymnasium good too

Cleaning was inadequate. First room offered to us had not been cleaned not even bed changed.floor was sticky and dirty.2nd room was better but dust and dirt on lamps and window sills which had clearly been there a while. Upon moving the bedside table there was a bottle top and a lot of long black hair on the floor.A bad smell from the kitchen turned out to be a rotten potato that had been left in a top cupboard.Dishwasher was full of water and leaking ..engineer was called and situation corrected All in all a little disappointing.

Our room was clean and cozy. It is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Access to the interstate is excellent.

The shower pressure was too high for the the flimsy shower curtain to handle. The parking fee was a surprise. Though they did not charge me, it was not listed on either their website or the booking website.

bed and linens comfortable and clean. kitchenette nice and clean. room spacious. heater/cooler worked well.

shower curtain longer to keep water contained better. chair looked ragged. would have been nice to have extra toilet paper and paper towels in room. No room service in 5 days

Great central location!

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room was spotless. Bed was comfortable. Having the kitchen was a great advantage. Price was very reasonable.

There was trash on the entryway and in the landscaping when I arrived late afternoon. Unfortunately, it was still there in the morning.
