Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us as near a relative’s home. Liked having a Starbucks coffee counter on property.
Not a regular restaurant at this location but plenty of places to eat nearby so not really a problem. It’s an older property but pretty well maintained.

Our room was on the side facing the interstate. Very noisy from traffic.

Close to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Close to old town and then to jump on the Freeway to head up to Santa Fe and Taos.
Heading north on I25 and trying to get across the freeway to the hotel is a major challenge especially during business hours. Extremely exhausting trying to get to the hotel.

This hotel was beautiful (very local adobe style), the bed was comfy, the room was spacious and very clean. This hotel is in a business district, so I managed to snag a great weekend rate for the night.
There is nothing I can complain about, but if you are a tourist visiting Albuquerque, this hotel is in a modern business district, not anywhere close to the old town area (although close to the El Pinto restaurant which was fantastic - highly recommend). But if you are visiting over the weekend, you might get a really good rate and the town is not that big - it would still be a great location to go visit all the local tourist attractions.

The location was good, the courtyard was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable
The walls were very thin, I could hear the unit above me walking around in the middle of the night, and could hear conversations through the neighbors walls

The room I rented was facing the courtyard and it was beautiful. The hotel was beautiful overall.

Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. We stayed there to attend the Balloon Fiesta and it was a short distance away which worked very well.
