Pros +
- Heating system SUCKS! ...TOO LOUD, couldn't sleep.
- The staff was very nice. It was balloon festival, so I know they were all working hard for their guests.
- Very well kept hotel. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Great breakfast .Wonderful experience.
Cons -
- Our sheets had stains on them. The swimming pool was freezing and they didn?t have enough pool towels. To be fair they warned us they might be short on towels. They should purchase in stock more towels .
- Area felt unsafe (parking/stores near by). The hotel had a lot of lights not working which made the place feel also unsafe/creepy. Was very outdated and cleaning needed a lot of attention. Breakfast was very basic and staff was not necessarily helpful
- Pillows were terrible. Bed was uncomfortable. Only 2 towels in room. Shampoo, body wash dispensers were empty. Breakfast foods were gone or barely being replenished at 8 am when they serve breakfast until 10am
