The location was good.
The elevator was rough and the other elevator was broken.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable.
The elevator was scary, our rooms were on the top floor and the elevator creaked and popped. They only had one working elevator and it needed to be serviced badly I wouldn't stay here again due to the elevator.

Location was good.
Elevators not working or not working well. Slide shut down with pool. No regular coffee in the rooms.

Staff members were friendly and polite.Quiet and clean, rooms were very comfortable.
Elevators shook alittle more than average was scary so I took the stairs I was on the 6th floor so it was tiring

We like the pool and how nice the staff were. The room were nice and clean. Had everything we need.
We didn't like how we can hear the highway cars. So I was tough trying to get some sleep at night.

The hotel was nice, clean, beds were comfortable. Location was convenient for us. Breakfast was good, it was an additional cost for adults, but reasonably priced, and kids eat free. Food was better than most free breakfasts.
Very disappointed that the water slide was closed. We booked that hotel for one night specifically to take our granddaughters, who live in ABQ, overnight at a hotel with a water slide. We checked in at 3 pm, went to the pool. The kids anxiously awaited the arrival of the lifeguard at 4pm, as the sign in the pool area stated, to begin using the waterslide, but it never happened. We later found out the the slide is only open on Fri, Sat, Sun. Had it said that on the website, I would have booked for Friday instead of Thursday. So we were really upset about that at the time, as were another family there at the same ttime.But the rest of the stay was great, the kids had a lot of fun at the hotel, which was the point. We would stay there again with the kids on a weekend night if the slide is open.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The bedding and pillows are very comfortable. Room and hotel were clean.
Not all local channels are available on TV. TV is set to the FOX news channel when tv is first turned on. This does not need to be an option.
