Pros +
- Good location clean. Hot tub was out of order. Service dog fee is $75 other hotels do not charge.
- Relatively clean, near where I need to be.
- Close to family
Cons -
- We had loud guest that partied in the lobby until 12 midnight with small children running up and down the hallway screaming and laughing. The staff was less than sympathetic and rude. Manager did nothing to compensate us
- Noise and disturbances are not addressed until after 10 pm.
- Breakfast wasn?t Hampton quality and the level of noise beginning at 4 in the morning was unacceptable
