Very clean and close to the boardwalk

It was at a good location

The room had a bad smell the fire alarm went off randomly around 3 AM unprovoked no pool and it wasn’t the cleanest facility. There was stains on the bed dress the skirt around the bed and the floors were slimy like as if they had sunscreen or something all over them like they were very slippery And the soap that was there was really bad on our skin. One of the bedrooms had a very stiff bed. It was very hard to sleep on and the kitchen that we didn’t use, but we looked through it and some of the dishes were dirty in there.

The location was great. You can see the boardwalk from the room. A lot of things to see and do nearby.

The room was not ready at 3:00 PM check in. I waited an extra 45 minutes until I could get in and after a 4 hour drive I was a bit frustrated. Once the maid service was finished, it looked like they did very little cleaning. There was trash from the previous people left under the sink, the floors were still full of sand and dirt, and the blankets were not changed (there was hair stuck in the blankets). The tables and countertops were dirty like they hadn’t been wiped down as well.

The suite was in an amazing location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Parking in busy season would be near impossible. We booked a 2 bedroom but only got a 1 bedroom

The view was great. The beds were comfy but small. TV worked well.

The room I was given was not the room I booked and paid for. I booked a two bedroom suite with a kitchen and got a small room with two full size beds. The room was clean except the floors and under the beds. We didn't have enough towels for the 4 adults and child that were along and couldn't get more because nobody was in the office and they didn't answer the phone so we ended up going and buying more towels. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. There was trash and dirty laundry and a homeless guy under the stairs to go up to our room. The parking is super tight.We had other people sitting on our balcony right in front of our door. The kitchen was small and didn't have enough dishes for everyone to eat and nothing to cook with. The refrigerator wouldn't open all the way cause the bed was in the way. Overall I was disappointed in the room and the service.

I then saw a roach ! I lifted the shelf liner to see if there were more and it was filled with roach poop! We immediately left i was so upset I didn't take pictures. I do have one of the blood. Manager would NOT give us a refund because we already checked in! She dod say she would refund our 2nd night. I haven't gotten an email yet.!

We did not stay there. We want a refund. It was a frightening experience. It ruined our whole weekend.

Location was great! Ocean Ave, directly across from the beginning of the boardwalk. Sat on the porch and people watched it was a nice time. Amenities were as advertised.

The place is dated, the electrical system needs rewiring we had to find the circuit breaker a few times because multiple window units going at once made the fuse blow. There's also black mold in the bathroom that was painted over but it started peaking through and causing sinus problems. They did say they were renovating off season so hopefully that fixes the negative aspects of the place but I'm also hoping the consumer doesn't have to pay for the renovations by them hiking up the cost to stay.

Broken microwave. There is no remote for the air conditioning. They didn't even know they rented the room for me because all of a sudden, people with new set of keys just entered the room when I was literally naked

Well, I can tell u the owner of this hotel owns the RUS MAR & AT LEAST 12-16 prob more hotels in Wildwood, NJ! MUST be nice to NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES ON YOUR BUSINESS! THESE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE, WILL COME & START POUNDING ON YOUR DOOR LIKE THE POLICE ( AS HARD AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE, POSSIBLY & PROBABLY W/ SOMETHING OTHER THAN A HAND OR FIST, on a Sunday morning, AT 10 AM, NON STOP, IN A HARRASSING MANOR! FOR 2HRS, until they upset my dog.I had to get up and tell them that I'm not due to check out until Monday.And you know what she goes and looks at the schedule and realizes I'm correct and doesn't even say sorry.Not one time not 1 sorry.I don't even get a sorry after they ruined my whole effing morning! Wish it had a pool

The location was perfect for walking to everything. They fixed the problem quickly of giving us the wrong room.

I had to fix the door knob when we checked in. No extra roll of TP and You get pretty mad when you run out at 4am. We called for toilet paper and extra towels and we had to walk the block to get them. Check out is at 11 and someone came to our door at 9:45 am wanting to know when we were leaving.
