Location & price
Hotel was mostly empty. Patrons in next room came in at two AM and were extremely loud. They sounded like they were in my room. I dont know why the guests have to be placed in back to back rooms when there was barely anyone at the hotel. Not pleased.
The room was very clean and it was ready before check in time they also left the air conditioner on so the room was nice and cool. It was close to the beach and everything else which made it really convenient would definitely stay again.

It was not written anywhere on my confirmation that I have to call if I'm going to be late. So my reservation confirmation number meant nothing when I got there and my room was given away.I was charged a full night fee,never having even seen the room

The hotel room was not cleaned daily. When we asked the front desk they said itâ≢s only cleaned when we leave. During a pandemic itâ≢s important to clean daily especially with young kids

No free breakfast as was listed on your site. I would not have stayed here with out a free breakfast. That has always been a requirement for us. Oh well. We will have to call the hotel directly to confirm your sites information before booking next time
