Great location and parking available. Newly refurbished bathrooms.

The hotel has great prices, friendly staff and is very close to the boardwalk. I always stay here when I go to wildwood.

I liked the location of the hotel. It's close to the boardwalk and shops.

They advertised it as a big room, It's not. They advertised a fridge and microwave which people paid extra for but upon arrival, no one received a microwave. The workers also open the door without knocking so they walked into my room a few times : (

Receptionist and location.

1. Bathroom window I had to place a towel for privacy. 2. Bed had no mattress pad or fitted sheet. I ended up sleeping on the mattress noticing in the a.m. Blanket had knotted black hair. Yuck! 3. No reply re left phone charger in #315 room.

Staff there tried to Charge me $20 for Parking even though my reservation said FREE PARKING was available. Eventually when I showed them my reservation that says FREE PARKING.

Great location, close to the boardwalk. The room it's not big (almost 2 double bed next each other), the bathroom it's pretty small. The guy at the reception is really helpfull.

Small bathroom, and no fan in the bathroom.

No room service. Fruit fly infestation in room. Filthy sheets in one bed. No coffee available. Firefighters convention in town. Huge amount of noise late into the night. Will not go back.

I loved the location and how friendly the staff was.

I did not like how small the room was or the fact that they did not have a coffee maker in the room.

I loved how clean it was in comparison to the one I stayed in the night before. It didn’t smell like smoke the room was clean and set up nicely extra towels were provided. There was plenty of parking on location staff was friendly and professional.

Pool

It smelt like smoke. The fire alarm was covered up f With plastic and we found broken cigarettes in light fixture .. bathroom floor was sharp and cut my foot.. totally disgusting.. never go there again

There was absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. It shouldn’t be considered a “hotel” but more of a “MOTEL”. This place was disgustingly dirty to the point where the kitchen ceiling started leaking on my non-cooked dinner.

I had a family trip of nine adults and three children I cannot believe I waited two months to check into this motel. The staff was very rude, the check in front desk smells like marijuana and cigarettes. The pool had thousands of hair, leaking kitchen

We didn't like anything. The hotel was not well kept. It was extremely noisy and disruptive until any 3 am. Also our bathroom sink had a leak in the drain and our entire bathroom floor was puddled. Never again!

No hot water, parking is horrible, few options for "free breakfast", stains on bed linens, not enough towels for # of guests, broken chair w/dirty sheet in pool area,smell in hallway as if someone had been smoking, lacked toilet paper holder & spare roll

It was close to the beach and had ample parking.

There was a mouse in our room. We went to the front desk at 1 am and had to leave because they offered us no solution. When I called the manager the next day to get a refund on the night that we did not stay, they offered us 10%.

The staff and the location

Everything else. The room was so small that I had to go in the room and turn sideways to close the door. No elevator and I was on the third floor. The bathroom was disgusting, it still had the previous guest soap in the shower. Don't stay here!

The room smelled like mold upon arrival. After one night my glands started to swell, I got very sick and started to lose hearing in one ear. I saw the doctor when I returned - it was the mold exposure that had made me sick-dr. prescribed a steroid pack

The accommodations and the rate were perfect for what I needed during my brief stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is very historic and has some nostalgic character to it. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location, but not the hotel's fault. For quiet, this is not the place to stay. I just needed a place to lay my head for a couple of nights and it was perfect for that. The area is noisy and on-site parking limited. Other guests were noisy and quite rude.

The closeness to the beach

Staff was either outside smoking, or never at the desk. I had to ask for clean towels as we put out the please clean room tag 3 days in a row with no maid service showing up. Hotel was completely empty and yet we ended up on the 4th floor. Never again
