the convenience of the location in proxmity to the convention center.

parking was a little annoying and the room itself was pretty small. Had to go to Waves hotel to check-in and to get ice, which was annoying.

Very nice hotel looks like they updated everything to modern. The location is great a few streets to end of boardwalk & beach . Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Location was okay.

Queen beds aren't queen sized. Huge cobwebs on balcony. Filthy floors. Hair in drain. Asked for room to be cleaned but manager ignored me. Left after first night and have to now fight for refund.

We stayed in room #1. Trash cans outside of room attracted seagulls before sunrise, waking us up. They squawked for at least 2 hours; Broken & flickering lights in the room; Chewed gum stuck behind headboards, rust along sheets; hairs on the pillows

The photos on your website are not representative of the property at all. The room was disgusting, no pool, and the rate was outrageous for the accommodations. Definitely not staying there ever again. Dreadful experience

The hotel was so close to the beach. The room was clean and the staff was friendly . We were very happy with our stay. Great value

Very convenient to the beach. Generally quiet at night, they also have a nice deck to sit at. We had internet, but it kept dropping signal. The pool is across the street at their partner hotel. Parking was free, and there was enough space.

Bathroom fixtures weren't in the best condition. It was an older hotel and the price was good, so I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel within walking distance. But they should try to replace the bathroom sink as it was pretty rusty.

The location was great; rooms were clean, staff were nice. Plenty of parking however parking lot was shape weird to navigate. The pool was as cleaned and nice.

Only one set of stairs to go up to the rooms. It was a bit of a longer walk to go to my room with a child.

Room was not the same as the picture, very small, wasn’t clean, had fruit flies everywhere, pool was dirty, toilet was old scratched up, water pressure in the shower was bad, had to flush the toilet four times every time you went to the bathroom. They left all the laundry outside on the ground for days, the chair in the room had white stuff all over it which was disgusting. I kept it covered with towels the whole week. Floor was gross, I had to deep clean the whole place myself for an hour when I got there.
