The smell of the rooms and the fact that they allowed people to smoke weed.

The location was the only good thing about the place

It was dirty, run down and the bathroom had water dripping from the light fixture. The ceiling tile was hanging down and you could see visible mold. The bath supplies were junk and the pool was crusty.

The location of the motel was the best part. The staff was quick to respond to issues.

Needs updating, We had a two bedroom suite and the Oceanside bedroom was freezing and the street side was hot. It rained really hard and we had to use all of our towel to sop up the water running in around the door. The toilet did not flush well.

It seems like there is new ownership or management at the hotel now. The room?s door had issues shutting, some of the furniture was broken, and the floors were dirty upon arrival. We used to love coming to Beach Terrace, but it may be time to go elsewhere

We were staying there during the blackout. We were without power for a day and a half. The stay never informed us of what was going on. They were not prepared for this, they didn¿t even have flashlights. They didn¿t even offer to give us ice.

Nothing, really

Room had no heat, though it was cold outside. Balcony door did not lock. Spa advertised, but hasn't been in operation for over two years. Maid didn't know how to make bed, nothing tucked in. Bathtub drained slow, stood in 3 inches of water showering.

Good location. Steps away from the boardwalk/Morey¿s Pier.

Floors were filthy, our feet were black and sandy after walking on it for a few minutes. The room reeked like cigarettes+marijuana so they moved our room. That room also started smelling the same after first few hours -it was coming up from the vents.

It was close to the boardwalk.

I booked two rooms my room was fine but the other room my daughter and niece complained they were getting bit.

Every thing was clean very close to the beach the view was beautiful the pool did not have a ramp for handicap n I wanted to go in but everything was clean

There were roaches, extremely slippery floors, the hot tubs were full of dirts and grimes, bed linen smelled like urine! The place was just filthy! Not worth the money I paid!!! Very disappointed

Balcony was not private, therefore people smoking supposed to be non smoking, very old out dated, tolit paper felt like sandpaper, didn't sleep well walls are paper thin. Heard everything very loud iwould not recommend this place nor will I ever go back.

Air conditioning was weak. Other renters below us were smoking marijuana and the smell filled multiple rooms. When explained to the staff. Nothing was done.

Since the weather was really bad during our visit it was nice to have the all you can eat restaurant down stairs. The food was pretty good.

The front desk was not friendly however she was efficient. The rooms were not as clean as I would like. But this was mostly due to everything being very old. I do understand that regular updates can be difficult to keep up with at a more seasonal location

It was directly across the street from Morey's pier and 2 water parks!

Where do I start. The floors in the room were so dirty your feet turned black, mold in the bathroom, toilet was about to fall off the wall, the bed frames were smaller then the mattresses so you rolled off the bed, Hot tub was disgusting (both.)

Very load noise in bathroom not sure I if ac unit or wat .. bathroom ceiling was coming down . Toilet flushed real slow or didn't flush .. floor was dirty ..

The location is key! You literally walk out of the hotel, cross the street and you are on the boardwalk at the middle pier!! The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean.

The only negative is the hotel is a bit outdated. They really need a new gate around their pool for safety reasons especially for young kids. They could use a fresh coat of paint but not anything that would make us not recommend or return to this hotel!

Spacious rooms with a balcony with an excellent ocean/boardwalk view. Great location.

Very old and out dated. Not clean, sheets had stains , refrigerator had food stains on the outside of it. Paint was chipping, ice bucket was dirty, lobby was smelly because the furniture was old. It just needs a whole makeover inside and out

If you have been to Wildwood before and know the hotels Beach Terrace met expectations as well priced mid level accommodations in an excellent location! The staff was super nice and helpful moving us up to a higher floor bc I didnt want to be by the pool.

I wish the 2 bedroom suite had a 2nd bathroom but most all other places in Wildwood are the same.

Location, location,location. Plus the sixth floor view and breeze were awesome!

The shower and towels weren't great, but I didn't go there for the towels.
