Location, cleanliness, helpful staff

Location and staff are amazing!

For a family the room may be a tad small but was not a problem for me. I had a great experience.

Very clean & close to the boardwalk.

No pool

ONLY nice thing was location

Dirty, small, outdated and no place to hang wet towels from beach. Steps to second floor like an old house..was disappointed entire stay. Had to go to laundromat to just have dry towels for next day. Overpriced closet!!!

The location was great; very close to the boardwalk and closest to the carnival side. The room was small, but clean and the front desk woman was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only downside was that the air conditioning unit was very loud.

is near the beach the people around is really nice i love come back is they fix that bed mattress feel like you sleep in rocks

this bed are so bad to sleep you sleep better in the floor i can't sleep i have back pain the other day not confortable at all

Friendly Staff and the room is very clean and loved outdoor porch, closer to boardwalk is a big plus!

Room is little bit small and doesn't have a table which I prefer to have and had to eat some food on my bed.

Proximity to the boardwalk and waterpark was excellent. We enjoyed eating a late night snack on the front porch. The goals were nice and soft. Much better than the thin rough ones I have had to use at other hotels.

No elevator, tight parking lot,

location and friendly staff. Beach and boardwalk were 1 block away. A lot of restaurant choices nearby.

We liked the small-hotel feel of the place, with its front porch and comfortable living room area. The location was excellent - less than 2 blocks from the central area of the boardwalk. The room was clean and the staff helpful.

The only downside - and it was minor - was that the room and bathroom were quite small.

i loved that the boardwalk was less than 2 blocks away. I didn't exactly realize HOW close when I booked the room. It was in the middle of all the action. It was clean, quiet and the staff was super nice

The room was on the small side. BUT we weren't in there very much so it was perfect for my boyfriend, son and myself. Parking was pretty tight. There is no mat in the bottom of the bathtub. It is anti slip grooves which i still find slick.

The people were outstanding especially Hotel employee. They really made you feel welcome.

- The queen room is very small ( only for 1 or 2 people )
