Location, parking; appears to have been recently updated, rooms were comfortable and clean; breakfast was adequate; quiet even though located near rail tracks

Coffee machine in breakfast area was not functioning properly one morning

The mattresses were better than average; the breakfasts were better than average.

All ratings mixed. The desk staff was largely unresponsive. The cleaning staff were trying, but deficient in English, including reading labels. Phones didn't work. They have 1 handicapped parking space, permanently occupied, leaving no accessible parking.

Breakfast was a nice variety of food and well prepared. The available robe was wonderful as was the body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I loved the little extras. Made it very comfy!

Nice location, walkable to restaurants and shops. Nice breakfast.

If you are a light sleeper, you should know that this is next to the firehouse and the train runs behind the hotel.

Location

The hot water went out and they were less than honest about when it would be fixed. It took over two days to get fixed and we checked out early because of their deception. The elevator was out for several days as well. Won¿t stay here again ever.

I like the location.The train sation and all the ammedities were in walking distance

Room clean

The man working was incredibly rude. I asked if I could get a blow dryer for my room. he asked me to look again. I¿d told him I¿d already looked everywhere and also my companion had looked. He unkindly told me to do him a favor and check one more time.

Location, cleanliness, little snacks and drinks available in lobby to purchase also simple medication and earbuds. Friendly competent staff who enjoyed their job. You could order a little complimentary bagged breakfast each day if wanted. A sweet lNN

Not really

I liked that the room didn¿t have carpet, the bathroom had a large stall shower instead of a tub, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable!

The hotel and the rooms itself were very clean. The rooms were also very spacious.

The staff, when they were around, were very accommodating. There was not someone at the front desk at all times. Also, I wish they would have told me that there was breakfast available when I checked in

The location was great! So many places that you can walk to.

There were old oreo cookies on the floor behind the door, so I'm not sure how well it was cleaned. Also, I could here the people above me walking... so much so that it would wake me up in the middle of the night. The refrigerator didn't work either.

The hotel is centrally located to everything in Westfield and the town offers a number of dining and shopping options. It’s steps to the train to New York and recent renovations it made the rooms modern with renovated baths.

So very quite and clean. Right next store to train station that takes you directly to city!! So convenient. Clean Quiana town. Not "Jersey " hectic energy. Loved our stay.

They have very few outlets for computers , cell Phones etc.... none bed side by or on lamps as most do. For business not the best.

I liked the front desk staff, who was very helpful and friendly.

The parking was difficult and I left a bag there and it took a while before housekeeping reported finding something. Not sure why the delay occurred.
