Clinton Inn Hotel

The staff was so considerate, quiet and pleasant. The hotel is an older hotel, but it was extremely clean and charming. The rooms were large and well taken care of.

no ability to take a bath (tub stopper didn?t close)

Noisy heating system, water leaking in bathroom, toilet not flushing properly, shower not working properly, run down, no ice...too many things to mention!

Rooms were not maintained, water damage covered by paint, carpets old dusty and dirty, furniture outliving depreciated value. Difficult to feel comfortable sleeping. Prayed I would not encounter bed bugs.

The initial greeting wasn?t nice. The room?s heater just kept running and could not keep a comfortable temperature. It wasn?t a pleasant stay.

The parking, plenty of parking space. .

I was unbearably hot. A sauna in the room. Suffocating.

the heating system was loud and unable to manage heat and air flow. Skimp with coffee and took away coffee and cups even when not used. No food in the building not even small breakfast. toilet seat was so low to the ground.

Both my room and my sister's room were like a sauna. We were unable to control the temperature of the the room. We were unable to sleep the night before my mother's funeral. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room is not cleaned everyday and we had only 1 time they cleaned the room during a 6 day stay

No aircon and dirty room

It is shabby. The carpets are run down and faucets are rusting. The gym equipment is dirty and also rusting. The thermostat in our room didn?t work and kept blowing out cold air making it hard to sleep. The solution we were told was to out a towel on it.

The price and the non handicapped rooms were nice. Handicapped not so nice.

Yes, my sister stayed in one handicapped room and I in another one. They were old. Wall paper tapped back with masking tape. The shower head did not work properly and there was no place to place the shower head for over head shower.

The lobby was awesome, beautiful

There was no microwave in the room, I had to go to the lobby to heat food up..

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Dirt was ingrained in carpets. I felt like so was sleeping in filth! Bathtub old and I wouldn?t shower in it. This hotel should be closed! It was extremely worrisome to me to sleep in such dirty environment .

I would like a full refund of my charges.

The hotel is convenient to visit family. The sheets and towels are clean.

When I got to the hotel I had booked two rooms with queen beds however they gave me two rooms with 1 king bed in each.

They didn?t give me the correct room but they changed it. They gave the same room to someone else and they walked into our room. The employee called up to the room forgetting they put us on the room.

No restaurant and rather than providing pastry, and beverage (at the very least) they SELL pastry, sell cereal buy do not provide a spoon or plastic boel. Very, very disappointed.
